How do I schedule a service visit?
You can schedule an appointment by calling our Service Department directly at 1-877-429-1827 or by using our online scheduler.
Why won't my key turn in the ignition?
Your steering wheel may be in the locked position. Try turning your steering wheel about an inch in either direction while simultaneously turning your key.
How do I reset my maintenance light?
Push and hold the odometer reset button and turn the key to the "on" position until the maintenance light goes out.
Why is my tire pressure warning light on?
Any time the tires are rotated or the tire pressures change this warning light come on. Simply follow the instructions in your owner's manual to easily reset this light or give us a call.
Do you have wireless Internet available in your waiting area?
Yes, Mungenast Alton Toyota offers free wireless Internet to customers waiting for service.
Is my keyless remote entry broken? It won't unlock the doors to my car.
You may need to replace the battery inside the key fob. In the meantime, you should be able to manually open your doors using the key.
What does it mean when the yellow check engine light comes on?
This means that the computer in the vehicle is unable to accomplish something. It can be as simple as a loose fuel cap; however, in order to be sure, it does need to be checked by a Toyota dealer in case the vehicle is in need of repairs.
How long do you expect my service to take while I'm in the waiting room?
This clearly depends on the type of service you are having performed. It's generally safe to estimate the following wait times: 1-2 Hours for basic services (Oil Changes, 5K, 10K, 20K, 25K, 35K, 40K, .etc), 2 hours or more for intermediate services (15K, 45K, 75K, 105K, etc) and 4 hours or more for major services (30K, 60K, 90K, etc).
Do you offer supplementary transportation to service customers?
Yes, we have a full fleet of rental vehicles which can be utilized for as little as $37 per day.
