The Refreshed 2015 Toyota Camry (Photo Gallery Included)

"Refreshed" puts it mildly; the new 2015 Toyota Camry has been stripped down to Chassis and completely rebuilt. With a top-to-bottom makeover and the addition of over 2,000 new parts, you're guaranteed a refreshed driving experience in America's favorite vehicle when the 2015 Camry arrives to Mungenast Alton Toyota this summer.

Revealed yesterday at the New York International Auto Show, the 2015 Toyota Camry introduces viewers to the Japanese concept of "waku doki," which means "heart-racing excitement." In the spirit of waku doki, Toyota delivers a more emotional, fun-to-drive family sedan with enhanced driving dynamics and an even sportier XSE model.

Camry designed the vehicle to appeal to younger customers, adding a prominent grille and new bumper cover to the exterior to create the family sedan’s surprisingly sporty new attitude and clear sense of motion.  In the refined interior, almost every surface the driver or passenger touches has been replaced with upscale soft-touch materials, including French stitching, satin chrome, and metallic black trip on the premium models.

The 2015 Toyota Camry boasts some unique amenities for a family sedan, including 12v, USB, and the wireless charger seen on the Scion xB and Lexus NX. What's more, drivers will enjoy a custom-tuned audio system in the sedan's 30% quieter cabin. Camry has never skimped on safety features, and the 2015 Camry offers the usual pre-collision systems such as Lane Departure Alert, Adaptive Cruise Control, Blind-Spot Monitoring and Rear Cross-Traffic Alert.

In their ongoing effort to appeal to Americans on a rational and emotional level, the North American Camry team reinforced the body, implemented a new two-stage brake booster, and retuned the suspension for smoother, more responsive handing. The 2015 Toyota Camry will continue to be powered by its infamously reliable 2.5-liter four-cylinder or 3.5-liter V6 gas engines paired with 6-speed automatic transmissions or its 2.5-liter Atkinson Cycle engine with Hybrid Synergy drive matched to an E-CVT.

We at Mungenast Alton Toyota can't wait to see this vehicle in person. But, as Toyota emphasizes, the Camry was designed to meet the needs of you, the Camry customer. As such a customer, do you agree Toyota has delivered on its mission to "make ever better cars" that Americans should and CAN own? We'd love to hear your feedback on the 2015 Toyota Camry in the comments section below or on our G+Facebook, and Twitter pages.
